Our Returns policy does Not include “FOOD” items.
Faulty Novelty items can be returned if goods are found to be defective or dead upon arrival. You may receive an exchange, credit or refund at our discretion within 7 days of purchase.
Delivery charges will only be refunded if goods are being returned as a result of our error.
BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM(S), please contact Customer Service FIRST, Email:firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive Returns Authority. A form will be faxed or mailed to you and contains all information regarding the return. This form needs to be returned to us together with the items for exchange or refund.
Items returned without a Returns Authority and not packaged securely in the original packaging, will not be accepted. Please ensure that all goods are “packaged securely in their original packaging” you received them in, to prevent damaged in transit.

Showbag Returns/Left Over’s
Please note, we accept NO showbags left over’s from your event or fundraiser. To maintain optimum quality on our showbags and their contents, we do NOT accept any returns. Please order in reasonable quantities relative to the size of your school or fundraiser. If in doubt, always order less. Record results for years to come to assist with this task.
You may cancel all or part of your order, provided you contact us “prior to shipping” ie before your order has been despatched & processed. Contact email@example.com or Ph: 1300 746 922 Mon to Fri between 9am to 5pm (AEST).
